    SHIPPING POLICY

    How soon will my product ship out?

    If the order is placed on our website before 2:00PM EST and the product is in stock it will ship same day (Not including weekends or holidays). The item must be in stock in order to ship same day and if it is not the customer will be notified (Via email) with an estimated shipping date. If you would like to ensure an item is in stock before ordering please contact us with the product information you are interested in and we would be happy to assist in giving you a better ETA for the item you are looking to purchase.

    How long does it take to receive my order?

    If the product is in-stock, most orders are received within 3-6 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location. Out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received (customer will be updated via email on the shipment ETA). Packages will not be delivered on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on major holidays, this includes expedited services such as Next Day Air. All packages are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday.

    Free Shipping Over $89.00

    Free Economy Ground shipping is available on online purchases totaling $89.00 or more. This offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Free shipping is Ground. This offer does not apply to truck freight items or oversize items. We reserve the right to select the carrier of our choice.

    Canadian Duties & Taxes

    The recipient of an international Canadian shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you the recipient. Contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimate.

    RETURN POLICY

    Returns will not be accepted after 45 days from receiving the product. If the items have been taken out of the original packaging, we are unable to resell those items and therefore unable to take them back on return. All returned items are subject to a 6% service and restocking fee. If you had any shipping charges with your order, those are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping back to us. Once the item is received, you will be issued back the proper refund amount to the payment method you used upon purchase.

    Items NOT eligible for returns:

    • Custom tuning for your vehicle such as EFI Live, EZ Lynk, etc.
    • If a product’s packaging or seal has been broken
    • If a product was attempted to be installed or was installed

    Refusal of shipment will result in an automatic 6% restocking fee. The cost of shipping to you will also be deduced from your refund.
