Q. Will the FASS CAT Upgrade fit my FASS Lift Pump?

A. If your FASS Lift Pump has a grey/black base the FASS CAT Upgrade that we offer will fit your FASS System. If it is a red/blue base, unfortunately the CAT filters will not work.

Q. Why did my 11-19 Duramax CAT Oil filter adapter not include a removal tool?

A. You can easily remove your factory oil filter nipple using a 15/16” deep well socket on the 11-19 trucks. Only 01-10 trucks require the tool as the design of the factory oil filter nipple is different.

Q. Does MDDP offer Military Discount?

A. Of course we do! If you are a customer who has served in our Arms Forces, please reach out to our email Orders@mddperformance.com and one of our representatives will get that all taken care of for you! Thank you for your service!

Q. If I am offered "Free Shipping" what sort of shipping is that?

A. Our Free Shipping that is offered, if your cart is over $89, is UPS Ground! That shipping is typically 3-4 business days!

Q. When will my package ship?

A. Any product that is ordered before 2PM EST that is an MDDP Product will ship same day as long as the item is in stock! If it is anytime after 2PM EST the items will ship next day! If you are needing a product ASAP, please reach out to our customer service team and we would be happy to give you an ETA for the product(s) needed

Q. Why did I receive an email saying my order shipped but the tracking number says "Label Created"

A. The reason why your tracking number says "Label Created" and no other details is because your order is getting prepped to be shipped out that day! If you check the tracking later that day you will see that it was picked up from our warehouse and is on the way to the destination!
