Product Warranties

MDDP proudly honors all manufacturers warranties. Please check with the manufacturer for specific warranty details. If a product fails and the part is to be shipped back to the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Labor time is not covered by a manufacturer unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer.

MDDP branded products all contain a 45-day warranty. In the event of a failed product, MDDP will always cover the shipping to replace the product if within the warranty period. We do not offer labor time for failed parts.
